TC77 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and TC77 (hereinafter "TC77", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), which operates the online casino and sports betting services accessible at tc77.cam and any related subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By accessing the TC77 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the TC77 platform.

These Terms apply to all registered users of TC77, including players located across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other locations in Malaysia. These Terms are published in English and all disputes, interpretations, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Registration and use of the TC77 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. TC77 does not accept registrations from individuals below this age under any circumstances.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your participation complies with local laws.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on TC77. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
• Own Registration: You must register the Account for your own personal, recreational use only. Registration on behalf of third parties is not permitted.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether applied voluntarily through TC77 tools or by a third-party responsible gambling programme.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. TC77 staff will never request your password via any communication channel.

Should any of your registered details change — including your email address, phone number, or residential address — you are obligated to update your Account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or temporary account restrictions.

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. TC77 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of MYR 20 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing prior written notice to the registered email address on file.

TC77 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits. All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the originating source.

Accepted deposit methods include, but are not limited to:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow (QR and transfer)
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, AmBank, and other participating institutions
• Cryptocurrency — USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20), BTC, and other supported digital assets

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are published in the Cashier section of the Platform. TC77 reserves the right to alter accepted payment methods, minimum/maximum limits, and processing times at any time without prior notice.

All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of TC77's KYC verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification (MyKad or passport), proof of address, and confirmation of your nominated payment method. KYC documentation must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal is processed.

Any active bonus funds attached to your account must be fully wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Attempting to withdraw with an unmet wagering requirement will result in the automatic forfeiture of any associated bonus funds.

TC77 processes withdrawal requests according to the following indicative timelines, subject to completion of KYC and compliance review:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay: Typically under 5 minutes from approval
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically 5–15 minutes from approval
• Direct Bank Wire: Typically 15–60 minutes from approval
• Cryptocurrency: Typically 15–30 minutes subject to network confirmation

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are determined by your account tier and nominated withdrawal method. Limits are published in the Platform's Cashier section and may be amended from time to time. VIP players may be eligible for enhanced daily and weekly withdrawal limits upon request.

TC77 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, cashback promotions, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that supplement this Agreement and shall be read in conjunction with it.

• Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are clearly stated on the individual promotion page and must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonus expiry windows (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from award date) apply to all promotions. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account without prior notice.
• Maximum bet restrictions (typically capped at MYR 50 per bet/spin) apply during any period when bonus funds are active in your account. Breach of this restriction may result in the voiding of bonus funds.
• Game contribution rates vary by game type. Slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering; table games may contribute at reduced rates (typically 10–20%). Specific rates are stated per promotion.
• One active bonus may be held per account at any one time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral are awarded upon the referred player completing registration and their qualifying first deposit. Referral abuse, including self-referral using multiple accounts or devices, will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings and account closure.

TC77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. All bonus decisions made by TC77 are final.

All games and betting markets on TC77 — including slot games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and instant games — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each respective game or market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game before wagering.

• All bets are accepted at the discretion of TC77. The Platform reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at any time, including where a system error has generated inaccurate odds or returns.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, payout miscalculations, or technical glitches — TC77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• Sports betting markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, and UFC, are subject to sports-specific settlement rules. Match abandonment, postponement, and walkover policies are detailed in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.
• All random number generators (RNGs) used in TC77's casino games are certified for fairness and randomness by independent testing agencies. Published RTP percentages are industry-standard averages over large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are recorded by multi-angle studio cameras. Video records may be reviewed in the event of any dispute.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TC77 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one registered account, whether personally or through the use of proxies, associates, or agents.
• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an account; chargeback fraud; or any form of financial deception.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit or move funds derived from criminal or illegal activity. TC77 maintains full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through multi-accounting, coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee bonus profits, or manipulation of wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or peer-to-peer game offered on the Platform.
• Automated systems: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with Platform features without TC77's prior written consent.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or game glitches to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reversed.

All content on the TC77 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game assets, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of TC77 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the TC77 Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational use only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer any Platform software; create derivative works; or use TC77 branding without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TC77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the Platform
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• Decisions made based on inaccurate or outdated information displayed on the Platform
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers

TC77 provides the Platform on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

TC77 is committed to fostering a safe and responsible gambling environment. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become harmful, and we take that responsibility seriously.

TC77 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible to all registered players via the Account Settings or Responsible Gambling dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and automatic logouts after a defined period of play

• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure

You may request closure of your TC77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Pending withdrawal requests will be honoured subject to completion of KYC and compliance review. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

TC77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Account found to belong to a self-excluded player or a minor
• Behaviour that TC77 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity or security of the Platform

Upon termination for cause, TC77 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Balances determined to be legitimately earned will be returned to the player's last verified payment method following conclusion of any investigation.

TC77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at tc77.cam/terms-conditions and will display the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page.

Where changes are material — such as alterations to bonus policies, withdrawal procedures, or eligibility requirements — TC77 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the TC77 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of TC77 as the Platform operator. TC77 operates under applicable jurisdictional licensing requirements and maintains appropriate regulatory oversight.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the TC77 Platform, you are encouraged to first contact TC77's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. TC77 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within five (5) business days and providing a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through TC77's internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to the applicable regulatory or dispute resolution body in accordance with TC77's licensing obligations.
